FAQ
What is the glaive merch unboxing experience like?
It starts with a plain mailer, then tissue paper printed with static patterns. Inside, items are bagged with "verified degen" stickers. A guide card includes a hidden QR code leading to an unlisted video. The whole process is designed to feel like uncovering a corrupted file.
How long does the glow-in-the-dark effect last?
About 6 hours after a 30-second charge under direct light. The ink uses strontium aluminate, which holds a charge longer than traditional zinc sulfide glows. The color is cyan-blue, matching the "ghost color" aesthetic.
Is the glitch life packaging rare?
Yes to some extent. The outer mailer has intentional print misregistration - 12 documented variants. Unopened bags with intact stickers may become collector's items. The limited first-500 tees and hoodies are already sought after.
Can I wash glow-in-the-dark merch like normal?
Yes, but turn the garment inside out and use cold water. Tumble dry low or air dry. The phosphorescent ink is bonded into the fabric, not just printed on top. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
Where can I find the hidden QR code?
On the back of the 8.5x11 "glitch guide" card included with orders. It's printed in faint gray ink near the bottom edge. Scanning it leads to a private YouTube video where Glaive discusses the design. - -
